I listened to MSS amma's rendering and find that there are some slight differences in the wordings.The version I heard is as under:

Found the name ArAvamudan (presiding deity of SArNgapANi temple of tirukkuDandai - kumbhakonam) translated as "insatiate nectar" in some other place. You are right on target! Also the cologne online Tamil dictionary lists the word "Ara" with meanings of complete / abundant so the opposite "ArA" taken to mean insatiable sounds appropriate.

paghalAi shoud be "pagharai". The word paghar means "to tell" in primitive tamil.

vaTRAda ARu--an everflowing river; so too ARA (da) amudu. The ensuing words (Ananda veLLapErARE) emphasize the meaning.
Another meaning: something which never gets stale or jaded; forever filled with wondrous freshness. A slightly different take from insatiable, I guess.
pagalvAi, pagarvAi both mean say, tell me; meaning the same, there is also pugalvAi (but no pugarvAi!),
