Hello All
Namastay. In most of the books that I reviewed, the Suddha Daivata in Viriboni varnam notation is not explicitly shown. The notion that "while coming down, please use Suddha Daivata" is not that clear (atleast to me) and probably not a hard and fast rule.
Can someone share the Viriboni Ata Tala Bhairavi Varnam's notation with explicit mention of D1 and D2 please? Thank you.
Regards
Sekhar

I don't have the notations (which Lakshman Sir will be able to provide), but as a rule, sing D2 whenever there is a DNS prayogam or whenever D goes to S.
Whenever it is coming down as in SNDP, or when it doesn't touch S like MMPPDDNNPPP (in Mukthayi Swaram) it is Suddha Dhaivatam. The same in the next phrase PPP DDD NNN SSR it is Chaturshruti as it is moving towards S.
