Here you go:
pallavi
akhilANDa nAyaki ambulingat-talam vaLarum

Oh mistress (nAyaki) of the whole universe (akhilANDa) [1], who resides (vaLarum) in the place/site (talam) of the appulingam (ambulinga) [2].

anupallavi
jagadIshan jambukEshan uLLam kavar
tiruvAnaikkAval patitanil ezhundaruL jagajjananI (akhilANDa nAyaki…)

(Oh mistress of the universe who resides in the site of the appulingam), oh mother of the universe (jagajjanani) who has captured (kavar) the heart (uLLam) of the Lord of the universe (jagadISan), jambukESan, appearing (ezhundu) in the city (pati tanil) of tiruvAnaikkAval, blessing us (aruL)

caraNam
ubhaya kAvEri maddhiyil oru yAnai
oru shilandikkum muktiyaLitta mahEshanai
uLLam virumbi tavam purindAL umai
annaiyE nittiya kannikaiyE
abhayam tandaruL aDimalar tanjam
aDaindEn aDiyavarkkaruL varadE
ananta guNAkarI ambA shankarI
Adi antamil tribhuvana sundari

Oh mother (annaiyE) Parvati (umai), the eternal (nittiya) maiden (kannikaiyE)! Desiring (uLLam virumbi) Siva (mahESanai) who granted (aLitta) salvation (mukti) to an elephant (oru yAnai) and a spider (oru silandikkum) [3] in the middle (madhiyil) of the river kAvEri that has split in two (ubhaya), you performed (purindAi) austere penance (tavam) (to attain him) [4]. Grant (tandu) me fearlessness (abhayam), and bless me (aruL), for I have sought (aDaindEn) refuge (tanjam) at your flower-like feet (aDimalar), oh benefactress (varadE) [5] who blesses (aruL) (your) devotees (aDiyavarkku), one of unending (ananta) sterling character (guNAkari), mother (ambA), creator of auspiciousness (SaMkari) [6], the most beautiful woman (sundari) in the three worlds (tribhuvana), who is without (il) a beginning (Adi) or end (antam)!

(madhyama kAlam)
hara hara shankara bagavat pAdAL anbil pratiSTai sheida arputa
ratna tATanka oLi umizh azhagiya iru seviyoDu kuLir nagai tavazhum madivadana

(Oh mistress of the universe who resides in the site of the appulingam), with beautiful (azhagiya) ears (seviyODu) that emit (umizh) light (oLi) from the amazing (arbhuta) gem (ratna) encrusted earrings (tATanka) that were lovingly (anbil) placed (praTishThai seida) by Adi Sankara (Sankara Bhagavad pAdAL), and a cool (kuLir) smile (nagai) flitting across a moon-like face (madivadana).

FOOTNOTES
[1] akhilANDa nAyaki = akhilANDESvari
[2] ambu = appu = water – tiruvAnaikkAval is one of the panca bhUta sthalam – dedicated to the element of water – appu – Siva/jambukESan is worshipped as appulingam
[3] Refers to the sthala purANam of tiruvAnaikkAval – a spider used to spin a web over the lingam to protect it from the sun and prevent dry leaves from falling on the lingam, while an elephant would bring water from the kAvEri and wash the lingam, and in doing so, would wash the web away as well; after a while the spider, out of anger, crawls into the elephant’s trunk and bites him, causing him to die – the lord touched by their devotion, grants them salvation
[4] Refers to the myth of pArvati being cursed by Siva to perform penance – she worshiped him as a lingam she made out of water from the kAvEri (much like the sand lingam she made in mayilApUr) – hence, appulingam
[5] varadE - one who grants wishes
[6] SaMkari - consort of SaMkara
