Here is the translation with some corrections

ucciSTa gaNapatE - O Ucchista Ganapati!
UrjasvalAkrtE - O one whose form(Akrti) is mighty!
uttama tApasa sEvita - O One worshipped by the best of Rishis!
rakSa mAm - Protect me!

svaccha tarAMnAya shEkhara mandira - O abode of the Upanishads!
(Which form the head of the purest Vedas)

pAlita ripu bhIta bhakta purandara - O Protector of Indra, who was terrorized by enemies and who is your devotee!

nIla sarOruha dADimI phala veNu kalama gunjA phala sUtra karAmbuja - O One whose lotus-like hands hold a blue lotus, a pomegranate(dADimI phala), a sugarcane(bow)(veNu), the tusk that became a pen (kalama) and a rosary of red-beads (gunjA phala sUtra),

sundara vArida mecaka dIdhitE - O one whose splendour is dark like that of the beautiful cloud!

vAraNa varamukha - O one whose face is that of the best of elephants!

vAnchita dAyaka - O giver of desired things!

(gunjA is known as Kunrimani in Tamil - the hard red seeds are often used to play games)

Rajani - beautiful translation! What does ucchishTa mean? Does it mean gaNapati who holds a mOdakam (food) in his hands?
