I heard about this great vidwan in recent past, not very well known though. I have seen a DVD of his 2003 concert in Bangalore, which speak volumes about this musical abilities. I hope to post review of that concert in Albums and Review section soon.

He is well known music composer in malayalam movie industry.

I would like to hear more about this vidwan, and vaggeyakara.

Hari, in another thread in a discussion on the use of Begada in movie songs, Sri. Dakshinamoorthy's Innale Neeyoru song from the movie Shree was mentioned. Excellent use of begada, indeed.

i am not sure whether he hails from Palghat. I thought it was alappuzha. is he settled in palghat?

He is from Vaikkom, which is close to Kottayam.
A great musician indeed.
