Personal Observations:
1. Great concert and a breezy 2 hours going by in a flash. Voice in fine fettle. My pick of the ongoing week long Tamizh Isai concert series at Vani Mahal.
2. Swaras for Tattvam ariya tarama started with a wonderful phrase. Arjun Ganesh channeled Vellore Ramabhadran in parts. Great percussion support.
3. Nice choice of kriti after Yadukulakambodhi alapana to counter expectations
4. Both Rishabhapriya and Kharaharapriya alapanas were out of the world. With Prasanna, it is aesthetics before technique. Music is never measured in brighas per second.
5. Poonguyil would have sounded better than Poonkuyil. May be Roman script had something to do with it.
