iLaiyavanE: The Younger Son( Ganesh being the first)
tozhuvAr: those who pray to
tALa: vidham para : Proficiency in rhythm or beat
uDaiyavanE: the owner of (has it)

I found this explaination for the song. Can somebody throw more light on this. Also can you pls. let me know the mudra for Younger son.

I am not sure what you mean by mudra for the younger son. The younger brother of Ganesh is called kArtikEya, SaNmukha, muruga, subrahmaNya etc.

Thanks for the explanation.

When you say bears the sign of Shiva and parvathi, does that mean he resembles Shiva and parvathi. Kindly clarify.

He carries the vEl (spear) of pArvati - he arose from the spark from Siva's third eye...and he has three eyes in each of his faces...

Hi,

Can somebody tell me how do we show "bears the sign of Shiva and Parvathi". Can we show the alapadmam mudra (for showing the face) and then show shiva and parvati mudra for this. Kindly help.
