I did get the lyrics as below. I like some one to help me with the meaning:
Deenanath ab bari tumhari
Patit udharan deen jani ke bigadi dehu sanwari
Balapan khelat hi khoya yauvan visaya ras gholi
Vridhha bhayo sukhi pragati moko
Dukhit pukarat tohi
Nari tajyo sut tajyo bhai tajyo
Tan ki twacha bhayi nyari
sravanan na sunat charan gati dhari
Nain bhaye jaldhari
ab ye vyatha door karne ko
aur na samrath koi
surdas prabhu karuna sagar
tumse hoi so hoi

VKR,

Your lyrics are slightly different from the one given in the link by PB. The meaning given is quite clear enough. Not many may require an English translation if they can read Hindi.
