7th Annual North Carolina Youth Classical Arts for Charity (NCYCAC) Youth Music Festival

Post by hamirkalyani123 »

The 7th Annual Labor Day weekend North Carolina Youth Classical Arts for Charity (NCYCAC) Youth Music Festival for charity will take place on Sep 3rd and 4th (Saturday and Sunday) at NCSU’s Thompson Hall from 10 AM to 8:30 PM. A wonderful Carnatic music program is in store with over 110 youth from around the Triangle, North Carolina, and across the country, participating.

Address: NCSU Thompson Hall
2214 Dunn Avenue
Raleigh, NC 27607

NCYCAC is not only a platform for young artists to perform but also an opportunity to help the needy. This year, NCYCAC is raising funds for the Tammy Lynn Center (TLC) in Raleigh -- an organization that helps children and adults with developmental disabilities. A number of NCYCAC youth volunteered there earlier this month and it was a real eye-opener (https://www.facebook.com/TLCDD/posts/10154200274901928).

All the Labor Day weekend program details can be found at http://ncycac.org/the-festival/schedule/.

Please do try and attend the event. Your presence will mean a lot to all the participants. Lunch, dinner, snacks, and tea will be available for a nominal price, courtesy of Kabab & Curry; meals will be vegetarian and nut-free.

If you are not able to come but would also like to donate to TLC, visit http://ncycac.org/the-charity/donate/ for more information. Donations are fully tax-deductible.

There will be a live webcast link available from http://ncycac.org to watch it live!

Thank your for your generous donations!!!

Thank you very much! We look forward to seeing you at the NCYCAC festival this weekend!!
