According to this website paramEshvari is nATakapriyA with pancamA omitted.
See here: http://ragajazz.blogspot.ca/ (scroll to the end)
Another site mentions that it is a mixture of ahIrbhairav, bAgeshrI and rAgEshrI.

Parameswari stands for a trilogy of ragas.
Gangeswari , rangeswari and another such name which I forget.Janardhan once demonstrated these in chennai . An act which only increased my dismay over the music of Ravisankar.

.
"The process of evolving new raga matrices as described by Pandit Ravi Shankar:

.........."In March 1968, while making a film tentatively entitled 'That Which Colours The Mind is Raga', I conceived Kameshwari - similar to Saraswati of Karnataka, except for the use of Komal Nishad in Arohana.

..........From Kameshwari, by using Murchhana and Swara-Bheda (altering of tonic Sa), I discovered three more ragas - Gangeshwari (Morning), Rangeshwari (Evening) and Parmeshwari (Morning).

..........The last named creates a tremendous effect of pathos and spiritual loneliness. It has overtones and beauty of such ragas as Bageshwari, Ahir Bhairav, Bilaskhani Todi and Sudh Bhairavi."
