Teachers for vocal carnatic music and veena

Hi all,

I would appreciate if u could let me know if there are any teachers for vocal carnatic music and veena in and around Jayanagar, Bangalore. (Preferably a Tamilian). It is easier to understand and appreciate music when taught in mother tongue during the initial stages.

Did you get any response? I am looking out for a teacher for my colleague at Jayanagar. He's an absolute beginner and he would like to learn vocal. Additionally I have suggested keyboard to him. If you have any luck in Jayanagar, grateful if you could share the information.
