I read about this programme in The Hindu dt. Saturday 18th Dec. 2010. Unfortunately it appeared under the heading 'Obituary'. Wonder how this happened!

We are happy to present to you Charsur Arts Foundation - a foundation created to support, promote and propagate carnatic music throughout the world. The new system is an outcome of work in appreciation of the efforts that has gone into maintaining the ancient art form - CARNATIC MUSIC. This will be a unique opportunity for all involved in the promotion of carnatic music. We request you join hands with us for the future to work together in preserving and promoting Carnatic Music throughout the world.
The foundation promotes young latent every month and this is the 3rd consecutive year the foundation is organisaing a festival during the December Season.

The foundation is conducting a 8 day music festival in Chennai from 19 December, 2010 to 26 December, 2010. the unique feature of this program is to provide senior accompaniments to support the main upcoming and budding singers. This event is being held at the Narada Gana Sabha and will be open to public.
As a first time effort, the entire festival is being WEB CAST LIVE every day in association with Hoogli (www.hooghli.com). Each concert will be telecast live and will also be made available for later viewing for a period of 24 hours so viewers in any time zone can enjoy the concert at their convenience.

As I write this on Thursday, NZ time 9.00PM ( 2.00PM IST), concerts of Wednesday were not available and the note in the website says "concert expired". Either I do not understand the word 24 hours or there is some thing wrong with the website.
I sincerely hope some one will clarify this anomoly.
