Once heard a subashri recording . She is very capable and lot of promise . Great job Suresh V V in helping artist to return to normalancy. Give time till 9 15 pm, no 8:30 pm quick closure. Atleast i know one sabha organizer- so that i can tell that directly...

Some singers simply confound me. The ornamentation and flourishes that appear in their singing are just too faint and fleeting and I have a hard time keeping up with them. I can never tell if each was spontaneous or pre-planned, if it was taught or original and sometimes if it was even there or simply a figment of my imagination. It is the proverbial Schrodinger gamaka flashing in front of me.

Suresh, after listening for donkey's years, I know that some things like voice, pronunciation, and an indescribable quality of appeal may come in with no conscious or unconscious effort. Otherwise ALL music is deliberate, even if spontaneous. The music comes as a result of years of absorption, meditation, and expression.
