Seems more like a list of NRI artistes except for BU Ganesh Prasand who's estabslished rather than upcoming. Anway, good to see a North Indian take so much interest in CM! I am reminded of the elderly Sikh gentleman who's a regular fixture at the Academy every season!

if nri is criterion (otherwise list is meningless) there are more established singers like raghav manian, aparna thiagrajan (ost's daughter) and others who can be seen in hamsanandi nri fest
