Have not able to attend too many concerts in person to check if this was actually happening but saw this occur at least once!

It seems to me it is important to point out that COVID is a “wire-us”, not transmittable by mike-robes.
However the microphone/mic. is also known as the “wire”, (e.g. the undercover officer wore a wire)
so the operative word for the season should be ByOW-WyOW
(as in.. bring you own wire – wear your own wire)
ps this is a rather serious topic, but some levity is justifiable to reduce the oppressiveness
