Sri Sri ANNA'S CDS ARE MOSTLY COPYRIGHTED CDS AND CANNOT BE UPLOADED HERE.
(I AM NOT SURE REGARDING THE PUSHKARAM BHAGAVADAM CDS)
THE MONEY FROM THESE CDS GO TOWARDS RELIGIOUS AND SOCIAL CAUSES.

Thanks for alerting us about the copyrighted status of those recordings. Please let us know if you see any other copyrighted uploads linked on this site (any artiste/performer).

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE NOTICED THAT SRI KRISHNA PREMI SWAMI is
delivering SRIMAD BHAGAVATAM upanyasam EVERY MONTH,
across the globe.just now it is on at GOVINDAPURAM. i hope
that every upanyasam is not copyrighted. if the member has
just purchased the copyrighted CDs and uploaded in the web-
site, it is objectionable. can it not be that he might have
recorded the upanyasam privately and uploaded here? this
requires confirmation. sri ravishankar thiagarajan could have
given a general appeal to help the TRUST, in whatever capacity
he holds.

If an explicit written permission is provided by the 'author' to have his discourses shared through this Forum there should not be any problems! After all our goal is to share and discuss the best pertaining to our Arts and Culture.

dear sir,
sri krishna premi swami's upanyasams are soon going to be
available for downloading from their web-site, on payment.
i have taken up this matter with mr.ravishankar thiagarajan,
who has kindly agreed to proceed in this matter. i. feel, just
by giving the list of upanyasams of sri swamiji and their ava-
ilability in some stores in CHENAI will not solve the problem.
