Can we have this moved to the HM thread? I am sure coolkarni will explode with his love for KEDAR :) and I want to catch those showers without interfering Odeyar. I hope ninja would also join us there!

I think of all the Kedar pieces that I listened to I liked BGAK's rendition the best... amazing!

Anymore of that kind? My switching between SAngeetham and this forum might have resulted in an overlap!!!!

Kulkarni saab, I only hope your son Does not mind it :P:P!!!

My dad told me he wanted to name me "Heramba" - I can never forgive him for EVEN thinking of such a name!!!! (another name for Vinaayakar, though)...

bgak's kedar
can you believe that this particular kedar was plucked from such an innocent looking spool tape and that the owner had no idea of the value of that.that was from a great ramanavami concert in bangalore 1956.and the other ragas that made up the three hours... yaman, hamsadhwani, darbari and malkauns.this was shared in this forum early on.if badri or someone else dont have it with them i can put it up again.

What do you think of his shenai? I think he's absolutely astounding... the melancholy and pathos he can introduce into the shenai is stunning....
