spool tape into digital

I have some rare spool tapes of classical vocalists who have not been recorded earlier. Where can I have them digitised? Is there a place in New Delhi? I am at present in Brussels Belgium and may be travelling to Delhi in July 2011.

I am willing to associate with you in this regard. I have a friend who has a spool player and knows the technique of digitising that. I am from Karnataka.
