Mora for thisra triputa - kanda nadai?

Post by rananthga »

akellagaru, other laya experts - can someone post an easy mora for a thisra triputa kanda nadai thaalam? (70 beats).

Thank you in advance,

PS: I created one, but its very tight on the spacing - so if the singer "misses" the thaalam for any reason - then it would be a bit tough to catchup.

Balaji - here is how I created (not sure if I am following all rules of mora creation):

70 minus 8 (for thalaangu thom tha thalaangu thom) = 62
31 times 2 + 8 = 70

For 31 - I did - thathikitathomthathom (8) tharitharikita (3) thaakitathomthathakitathomthathithakitathom (12) thithaankitathakatharikitathaka (8)

Since its 31 - it starts 1 maathrai after samam, so it can make the thaalam a bit tight.

Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Make a pattern in the following manner ...
The count being 70 u can have the following patterns.
7 + 12+ 8 + 8
7 + 12 + 8 + 8 (mukthayi)
Now the total is 70.com
Will give thathakaaram below.

Tha . Dhi . Gi na thom 7
Thaangithathakatharikitathaka
Thakkita thakatharikitathaka ---12
dhi.thaangitathakatharikitathaka ---8
Nakadhithangita thakatharikitathaka -- 8
Repeat 7 12 8
And finish with thalaangu dhinthadhintha thom.

Hope its clear.

Thank you Balaji - this is clear - and it also doesnt cause any "edanjal" (difficulties) for the person putting thaalam. I appreciate your response.
