Dr. K. Rukmani, Associate Professor in Music, Sree Sadguru Sangeetha Vidyalam, a disciple of the late Smt. Ambujam Vedantham has compiled some compositions of her guru in her book entitled, "Nāda Bōdham - Compositions of Isai Vani Smt. Ambujam Vedantham". This volume features 51 compositions comprising 3 giitam-s (2 being lakṣaṇa gītam-s), 2 tāna varṇam-s(because a separate previous publication of her varṇam-s is available), kr̥ti-s on gaṇēśa, music, murugan, śiva, āñjanēya, viṣṇu and dēvi, a greater number of compositions on the latter 2 deities featured. There is one interesting piece on āṇḍāḷ in bhairavi which includes interesting details about the saint and a lilting grahabhēda tillāna in hindōḷam. The book has lyrics and notations in Tamil and English. It is published by Shanlax Publication, Madurai.
