Can someone mention who is the composer of this composition in saurāṣṭram with the pallavi line as thus: "sadā ninne śaranaṇṭini padābjamu nēṟanammiti."

@Lakshman Sir: Thank you for clarifying on matter of the composer. Would you happen to have the notation for this piece? It is not included in the book of publications in Tamil, hence am guessing it is most probably in one of MSB's books in Telugu.
