My personal nadaswara vidwan trinity are 1. Karaikurichi 2. TNR (I may be one rasika who likes karaikurichi bit more than TNR). Bit later due to this forum where some id person by name vinaya or vinyo posted on vedaranyam vedamurthy who is bit like MDR . Oh God vedamurthy is a genius.

Namagiripettai krishnan I do not much have that much awareness but he must be a great vidwan . i think Late Doordarshan Natarajan was his son in law -right
