Meaning
Pallavi : O Mother tuLasi! Deign to come to my home; deign to protect me; I ever placed faith in Your Holy Feet.
Anupallavi : We hear that, because You grant peace in this World and emancipation, Lord viSNu – father of cupid – Flower archer – does not leave You even in His dreams.
Charanam : O Lotus Eyed! we hear that, beholding Your soft body, perceiving Your sweet fragrance and knowing Your greatness, Lord viShNu – the Lotus petal Eyed and the benefactor of this tyAgarAja – keeps You on his head with Love.

varaM viShNOrdadau tasyai sarvapUjyA bhavEriti |
SirOdhAryA ca sarvEShAM vandyA mAnyA mamEti ca || 29 ||
