For the benefit of those of us who cannot read telugu script:

taraNi kulEsa nAnudula dappulu galgina nIdu nAma sa
dviracitamaina kAvyamu pavitramugAde viyannadIjalam
baragucu vankayaina malinAkruti bArina danmahatvamun
darame gaNimpa nevvariki dAsarathai karuNApayOniDhI

taraNikulESa = Oh! the chief of Sun clan
nAnuDula = in my words
dappulu galgina = (even) if there are mistakes
nIdunAma sadviracitamaina kAvyamu = A poetic work which is written well, based on your name
pavitramugAde = (still) is sacrosanct isn’t it?
viyannadIjalmbu = The water of Akashaganga
aragucu = while travelling
vnkayaina = if goes astray
malinAkR.ti bARina = if takes a dirty shape
danmahatvamu = its importance
darame gaNimpa = is it possible to count?
nevvariki = for whomever
dASarathI karuNApayOnidhI = Oh1 Son of Dasaratha and an ocean of compassion!

arun: thanks all the same! it makes writing in the diacritical script so much easier.
vijayagopal: your commentary is indeed very welcome - hope you give us more padyams as and when possible. I read somewhere that Ramadasu was remarkably fluent in Telugu, Sanskrit and Urdu and that his teacher was one Raghunatha Bhattacharya - this person is mentioned in one of the padyams in the satakam. Would you (or anyone else on the forum) happen to know about or provide references to Ramadasu's education? I'm particularly keen on the aspect of poetry and music in Ramadasu's works. Thanks.

harunaku navvibhIshaNunakadrijakun diru mantra rAjamai
kariki nahalyakun drupada kanyaku narti harincu cuttamai
paraginayatti nI patita pAvana namamu jihvapai niran
taramu natimpa jEyumika dAsaraThI karuNA payOnidhI

harunaku = to lord Siva
Aa = That
vibhIshaNunaku = to ViBhIshaNa
adrijakun = To the daughter of the Mountain, That is Parvati
tiru mantra rAjamai = It has become the sacred king of Mnatras
karikin = to the elephant, Gajendra
ahalyakun = to Ahalya
drupada kanyakun = to daughter of Drupada, Draupadi
arti harincu = one who removes the sadness
cuttamai = as a relative
paraginayatti = which existed
nI = yours
patita pAvana = one which uplifts the fallen
namamu = name
jihvapai = on the tongue
nirantaramu = forever
natimpa jEyum = make it dance
ika = now on
dAsaraThI = Oh! Son of Dasratha
karuNA payOnidhI = Oh! the ocean of compassion!
Gopanna before embarking on composing the further verses is invoking the name of Rama to dance on his tongue. That makes the composition all the more easier. He is qualifying the name as one which has become king of Mantrams that can be repeated any number of times.
He says the name of Rama has become such a mantram for Siva, Vibhishana and Parvati. Here we may refer to the slokam “SriRama rama ramet rameâ€

I am suggesting these corrections out of my memory of listening this song right from the childhood.
ChEyisti means I got it made.
ChEsiti is making it himself!
Am I right?
