I would like to get some information on Atma - composer of Thanjam Unai (Todi)
and Saranam Ayyappa (Revati). Are there any other songs by this composer?
When where these composed? Etc.

Thanks...

Sri Atmanathan is a close associate of kalki sadasivam and MSSubbulakshmi. Chandrasekara krupanidhe

in raga sankarabaranam and guruvara deejo in madhuvanthi are also his compositions. MSS had recorded

them in the album sathabdi samarpan

Sri.K.R.Atmanathan was the life long secretary of TS and MS and he was a sort of their family member. His compositions were sung by MS.

Thank you both for the responses.

I guess this means that no other singers have performed his
compositions?

Does anyone have a list of his compositions? I am also
interested in notes of his songs - at least for Thanjam Unai -
which is one of my favorites.

Thanks.

I have heard that Sri Atmanathan is the brother of musicians K R Kedaranathan and K R Kumaraswamy Iyer.
Was there one Kailasam Iyer also?
Anyone having information may share.
