The song is by Kamakoti Shastri. Delhi Sisters have sung it on HMV-SCHVS 847922 cassette.

Lakshman Sir,
this one is indeed by Annaswamy, and should be found in Vidya Sankar's or T.K.Govinda Rao's books..

The lyric I have is -

P : vAnChita-varade! paradevate tvaM bhava mama mudE |
AP : kAncI-nagara-vibhuSaNa-mAlikE! kAmAkSI himashaila-subAlikE ||

C : mUkAdbhuta-vAg-pradAyinI ! mUlAgnAna-bhanjani |
EkAmrEswara-vAma-bhAgasthE! ikSu-capa-hastE! kUTasthE namastE ||

Vidya Shankar's book has only the following kritis of Annasami Shastri:

karuNAkaTAkSi (v)-tODi, ninnEkOri (v)-kAmbhOji, kAminciyunnadirA-kEdAragauLa, inkevarunnAru-shahAnA, shrI lailtE-bhairavi, parama pAvani-aThANA, mahArAjni-bilahari, shrI kAmAkSi-sArangA, shrI kAnci nAyikE-asAvEri and shrI kAncIpuravAsini-kalyANi.
TKG's book has kacciyuvarangasAmiki-shrI, vAncita varadE-madhyamAvatishrI and shrI kAmEshvaradayitE-kAmbhOji in addition to the above songs.
With all due respect to TKG, there are some mistakes in his varNasAgaram book-maybe also in the book of Shyama Shastri's compositions . So I am not sure who the author of this song is.
The reference to Kamakoti Shastri is from here:

I think their names are Vasanthi and Vijayalakshmy. The latter used to sing for Leela Sampson's dance recitals and IIRC one of the programs mentioned that she trained under KR Kedaranathan.

What does kUTasthE mean?

I happened to read the thread only now. Hence the reply so late. Couple of facts. Though the song has the lyrics in TKG's book of Syama Sastri Krithis under Annaswamy Sastri, this Krithi is a Kamakoti Sastrigal Keerthanai. ( i don't know the real name of the composer. Kamakoti Sastrigals' daughter's son was Seshadri Swamigal of Thiruvannamalai). My uncle K.R.Kumaraswamy Iyer (elder brother of K.R.Kedharanathan) set tunes to them and his daughters Vasanthi (elder who sang for Leela Samson) and Vijaya gave HMV recording of these keerthanais. The first kriti in the album is "Ganapathim Bhajami Sadhaa").

The both learned Swathi thirunal bhajans from their uncle K.R.Kedharnathan and gave a record of the same much before they released the Achutadasa Krithis and Kamakoti Sastrigal Keerthanais.
