Sure..
These set of verses are addressed to an 'older sister' (akkacci). And surprisingly the literal meaning was not too difficult to translate. The main philosophical interpretation occurs in the first verse where the mayil observed in the skies (clouds perhaps) is the center of the universe, which then explodes/morphs into the primordial sound/nAdam - kuyil.

The poet says, My dear older sister, I beheld (kaNDEn) a peacock (mayil) dancing (ADa) on top (mIdu) of the skies (vAnattin), but lo and behold, the peacock (mayil) turned into (AccudaDi) a cuckoo (kuyil).

vaLLalaik kaNDEnaDi - akkacci
vaLLalaik kaNDEnaDi
And when I finally abandoned (viTTu) my meaningless prancing (tuLLalai) and stated to chant the tiruvAmzhhi (toDanginEn) [1], I found/beheld (kaNDEnaDi) the bountiful one (vaLLalai) that I was praying to (manRADum).

Once I gave up (viTTEn) the wickedness (sazhakkai) of caste (jAti/sAdi) and creed (samaya), I was able to behold (kaNDEnaDi) the divine (aruT) light/flame (jOtiyai/cOdiyai).

This song is supposed to be sung by a maiden addressing her older sister (akkcci = akkA).
Verse 1. citAkasam is meant by "vAnam"
mayilADak kaNDEn = viewing the sight of Lord Shiva
By viewing Shiva she also sees Shakti. That is what is implied by "mayil kuyil AccudaDi"
Verse 2. tuLLal = ecstasy upon seeing the Lord (here in this context)
The verse means "forgetting that feeling of ecstasy and getting back to a composed state I worshipped the Lord"
Verse3. "aruTcOdi" means "the light of wisdom" also known as "gnAna oLi"
sAdi samaya sazhakku = discord arising from caste/creed classification
Verse 4. Here "poyyai ozhittu" means leaving the course of falsehood--directed behavior (not just discarding lies alone)
"manRADum ayyar" = the Lord who dances in the golden hall
