Here are the corrected lyrics with my interpretation:

pallavi

kaNNil pArttiDuvOr uLLam magizhum kalai

bharatanATyam (bharata kalai) is the art form (kalai) that gives (tarum) joyful (Ananda) ecstasy (paravaSam). (It is the) art form (kalai) that delights (magizhum) the hearts (uLLam) of those that see it (kaNNil pArttiDuvOr).

anupallavi

Once upon a time (anRu) [1], it was the art form (kalai) that was danced (ADiya) by pArvati (umaiavaL) in the company of (uDan) of Siva (haran), while today (inRu), it is the superior/good art form (narkkalai) that has flourished (vaLarnda) in (tanil) the imagination (kaRpanai) of wise men (aRinjnyar).
