ujjayini nityakalyANi. rAgA: hindOLa. Adi tALA. Composer: Subramania Bharati.
Here is an attempt to translate the inspired words of Bharatiyar, which is a rather daunting task :
ujjayini - The victorious one,
nityakalyANi - the ever auspicious one,
Om shakti Om shakti Om shakti - GOddess Shakti embodied by the Omkara,
ujjaya kAraNa - The cause of victory,
shankara dEvi - the consort of Shiva,
umA sarasvati shrI - She is Uma(Parvati_ as well as Sarasvati and Lakshmi.
mAtA sA - She is the mother.
2: vAzhi puNaindu - Having composed/said "Hail" (unto her),
paNindu - having saluted
padangaL the feet
mahEshvara dEvan tOzhi - of the companion(wife) of Lord Shiva,
tuNindadanam- we shall make brave ( to set out on any task)!
3. uttami - She is the noble/excellent one who,
irutti - having estabhlished
satya yugattai - the age of truth
aghattil - in our hearts,
aruLi sheyyum - graciously gives
namakku - us
tirattai - competency.
Hope this helps. Comments / additions welcome

Thanks so much Rajani ji. I'm sorry I don't comprehend #3 very well. Can you or someone else please give me the gist of the meaning in that stanza? Appreciate it.

I think we can understand it in the context of India being under the British rule, and Bharatiyar, as a patriotic poet, wants Independence for the land. SO the competency he refers to is the courage for action towards the same. Also, the age of truth may refer to the new dawn of Independence, since the period of being colonized would be a dark age.
