Here is my attempt :
sarva mangaLam - All auspiciousness
tripura darpa bhanjanAya - to the one who broke/destroyed(bhanjana) the pride (darpa) of the Tripura demons,
trailOkya pUjitAya - to the one worshipped (pujita) by the three worlds,
tuhina giri sutAvarAya - to the husband (vara) of the daughter(sutA) of the snow-mountain(tuhina giri)
caraNam 1
shankarAya - to Sankara who does good,
sAdhujana vashankarAya - to the one who wins over (vashankara) good (sadhu) people,
duSTa jana bhayankarAya - to the one terrible (bhayankara) to evil people
bhOgi bhUSaNAya - to the one has snakes(bhogi) as ornaments (bhushana).
caraNam 2
mahita mangaLam - Esteemed auspiciousness
mangala pradAya - to the giver(prada) of welfare/happiness (mangala),
bAlamuraLI gAna mOhitAya - to the one enchanted(mohita) by the music of the child's flute ,
sadAshivAya - to the ever auspicious.

I think bAlamuraLi in this context refers to the composer himself

Yes, of course. So it may be better to interpret the phrase as "one enchanted by the composer Balamurali's music"
