Can any one here provide me with the notations (in either hindi or english ) of the krithi - Bhaja Manasa Vigneshwaram Anisham - Raga: Bahudari; Talam: Adi; Composer: Tulasivanam?

I already have the saahithyam. If any one can provide me with the notations as per Bombay Jayashree's rendition of this krithi, it would be great!

vara phala rasanaratam bhavataraNam vana tulasIdala pUjita caraNam

gaNEsham - Ganesha
pUrvApaNa sadana - the resident of Purvapana,
vighnEshvaram - the lord of obstacles,
anisham - always.

gaja vadanam - (Ganesha who is) elephant-faced,
duritaugha vinAsham - the destroyer of the multitude of sins,
gadashAmanam - the remover of diseases,
shata sUrya nikAsham - the one resembling a hundred suns.

jana sharaNam - the refuge of people,
bhayaharaNam - the remover of fear,
