kandA = murugA
untAzh = your (un) grace (tAzh - means worship)
enakkaruL = shower your blessings (aruL) on me (enakku)
sukhalayAnandA = you are someone who delights in layA
sendil nAthA = murugA
guruguhA = murugA
vandenaiyAL = please come (vandu) to rule (ALa) me (enai)
vikhasita vadana = you with a face (vadana) that is opened (vikasita) like a full blown lotus
vinOda rAga jnAna = one who is knowledgeable (jnAna) in delightful (vinOda) rAgas
harikEsa dAsanuta = You are the one prayed to (nuta) by the servant/slave (dAsa) of harikESa (Harikesanallur Muttiah Bhagavatar) - aka TNS (SEE Meena's response)!

Yes, tAzh as a verb means "worship". Here the word should be "tAL" as a noun (un tAL enakkaruL) meaning "(please let me worship at your) feet".
