Marundeeswarar Temple, Tiruvanmiyur.
Goddess of this temple is called Tripurasundari Amman.

In the Pallavi of the song Periyasaamy Thooran addesses Her as ‘tAye tiripurasundari’, and later on starts praising her with various names including தேனார் மொழி வல்லி (Madhurabashini).

I think Sr Thooran has left us a clue in the kRti when he refers to tripurasundari as
'tani marunduDaiyAL
piNi ellAm tIrppAL'

tani marundu = the special/unique medication is marundISvarar/aushadESvarar.
