Are you sure that this is a composition of Pattabhiramayya?
His mudra of garbhapureesha ior tAlavanEsha is not visible in this composition.
Are there any more caranas in this kriti?

As far as I know there are no other caraNAs for this jAvaLi. garbhapurIsha is the mudra for Karur brothers. tAlavanEsha is Pattabhiramiah's mudra.

The translation::

Noble minded maiden,
why is it that you are tending me.(p)
(with kindness)
In which way can this excessive anguish cease ? (ap)
What for are these ornaments,if not seen by that gentleman?
Has that compassionate man forgotten (me)?(c1)
Where might have the beautiful figure (of that man) gone now?
Who will look at my beauty now ?(c2)
May be, the Lord of my life is not in a hurry
to come here,Maiden with cobra like braided hair,
may be he will not come at all, maybe he will delay(c3)

Thank you aaaabbbb
meaning is very clear - I think this will come under padam/javali category because it is showing emotions like viraha taapam (anguish from separation)
