Meaning:
P: He danced. And He danced blissfully in all splendor at the golden hall ( Cidambaram)
A: In Cidambaram (tillaippadi) He came (without fail) in the Thamizh month of tai (January-February) on the Guru poosam day during the daytime as promised at the north Kayilai (obviously referring to Himalayas here) to the sages at their request that He should come and dance at Cidambaram. He kept His word and danced.
(No need to translate the sollukkaTTu swarams)
C: He danced in such a way that: AdisEshan's head was trembling in all the eight directions; the whole world was pulsating; the river gangA from his head was spilling out; ponnADavan was celebrating (I don't know who ponnADavan is);Gopalakrishnan was singing of his own volition; His locks of hair were flying; the snake around his neck was spreading its hood; and He danced to the rhythm of "tOm tOm" and offered boons while dancing.

Re: Meaning-Natanam Adinar
Here are two links:
The first one is a duet with the male voice dominant. The second one is an old 78 rpm recording that I am not able to access but maybe from your are you can.

Is this the only kruti/kirtanam in Ata talam?
Ata tala varnams are there but never heard of any composition in Ata tala

If someone posts the lyrics we can attempt translating. Do you know whose verse it is, or which work it is from?

few corrections
viri kamala NayanamAda
thariththa puli adalAda
uraga kanganamAda
mElOngu nIrAda
oLirpavaLamEniyAda
viritta senchadaiyAda - red hairlocks were dancing
vadana chandiranAda - moon face was dancing
viri kamala nayanamAda - lotus eyes were dancing
veNburuva shilavAda - ?? - is that venpuruva silaiyAda. puruva silaiyAda makes sense. eyebrows in the shape of a bow were dancing. but prefixing puruva with ven/veN doesn't make sense to me.
nalla damarugamAda - the damaru was dancing
vIsi maru tenaiyAda - ??
taritta puliyadalAda - tiger skin that was worn was dancing
abhaya karamAda - the protecing arm/palm was dancing
viruttangi tOL UnjalAda - ?? shoulders were dancing
viritta kariyuriyAda - the spread elephant skin was dancing
uraga kangaNamAda - the serpents worn as bracelets were dancing
ubhaya paripuramumAda - ??
oru padavi dikkAda -
sangamumAda - the conch was dancing? or the people around were dancing.
mElOngu nIrAda - ganges was dancing (the water that was spouting up)
oLipavaLamEniyAda - the entire reddish (pavaLa color) body was dancing
oru padam eduththAda - one leg was lifted up dancing
uLamagizhndhu saRRe sirittu - smiling slightly and delighted
mana (maNa?) mangai kondAda - the lady (married woman?) was celebrating
ninRAdum un thiru natanam - your upright divine dance
enRu kAnbEn - when will I get to view/see
jagam paNi -worshipped by all in the world
chidambara natEsanE - oh natEsa of chidambaram
vishva rupa AnandanE - oh delighted, one who is this very cosmos.
Basically the author is imagining natarAjAs dance and wishing when will he get to see this one for real.

Re: Meaning-Natanam Adinar
There are many ways that composers use their aMkita or mudra - sometimes to refer to themselves, sometimes, it’s an integral part of the lyrics, or both. This is one example where it can refer to the composer, or to vishNu/kRshNa being part of the orchestra for Siva’s divine tANDava.
