Meaning:
Context here is that OVK's heroine in this song is rapturous about the music emanating from the flute of Krishna which makes the whole environment a bliss---with the birds singing, the moonlight shining, the breeze blowing, and the herd of calves and cows gathering in rapt attention. In addition, Krishna's earrings are shaking gently, his diadem (crown) is sparkling and his garment is fluttering in the breze. The visuals are described in detail to the composer's delight as well.
