An awesome concert. Each kriti rendition and each of the manodarma parts were all presented in such a wonderful manner. Some of the prayogams were too good. The accompanists were good also.

Wish I had some time to write more about this concert.

Totally agree- I was there for this concert and it was great
Even common kruthis like abhogi one shone and stood out in their rendition
Only quip that concert could have been a bit longer

Smt. Rama mentioned that is the centenary of her mother (Smt. Thulasi), after mentioning Smt. DK Pattammal and Ramnad Sri Krishnan. She mentioned that she would present songs she learnt from them.

And you have mentioned just a couple of people spotted. There were many other prominent musicians and music related people present at the concert. Spencer Venugopal, Nirmala Parthasarathy, Jayalakshmi Sekhar, Amrita Murali, Aishwarya Vidya Raghunath, Aishwarya Shankar, Vikram Raghavan, Ratipriya are some of the people i can recall now. There were many others too. I dont remember seeing Clevelend Sundaram at the concert, but I did see his brother Chellappa.
