I am looking for an audio of this song to use for dance. I would really appreciate any help in this regard. It is a rare song.

Here is the rAgamAlike sung by Vid|| Neela Ramagopal, an eminent vocalist from Bangalore. I hope this is useful although it is not specifically rendered for dance. Good luck.

Don't worry. There is a fine rendition by Smt.Aruna Sayeeram in Sangeethapriya. Just go and type 'madhavo' in the search box. You will find 2 renditions by the same artiste.
