I appreciate the attempt to give pratipadArtham (word-to-word meaning).
I humbly correct few things in above translation only to help others.

shrtajana = those who approach

mahAbalAdri = mahAbalAdri hill in Mysuru (Chamundi hills)

vAcAmagOcara = indescribable in words (unable to be described in words)

varaguNa bharitE = the One filled with the quality of blessing (us)

vAkpati mukhasura vanditE = the One worshipped by Mother saraswati (the One residing in brahma's mouth)

rAkA-nishA-kara (not chara) = the creator of full moon night, ie. full moon.

sannibha = resembling

maNi sadanE = the One who resides in house built with gems (sadana means house, not pedestal)

mUka vAk pradAna vikhyAtE = the One famed to give speech to the dumb

munijana-anuta suprItE = the One who adores those who worship muni-s

Hope this helps!
