Global Rasikas Meet 2010 - General Info and RSVP procedure

The Global Rasikas Meet 2010 is on the 19th December 2010 at the Ramakrishna Mission School at North Usman Road, T'Nagar, Chennai. The hall is in the first floor of the school.

I am creating this topic at the request of Sri. Nageswaran to bring this spreadsheet to everyone's attention. If you are attending, please fill out the spreadhsheet. This was created by member music_is_life and I am enclosing his message below. Use this thread to post important information about the event like directions, costs, logistics etc. so it is not cluttered with general discussions about the event. What I want to announce here is that we (Raj Narayan and myself) have recently come into a 'fortune' and are now 'extremely rich'. I will be sharing my 'riches' at the meeting. For those who are planning to attend the Global Rasikas Meet, the correct address of the Venue is - Ramakrishna Mission School, 71 Bazullah Road, T.Nagar.Chennai - 17
(Enrance from Krishna Street - Opposite to the huge jewellery shop Joyallukkas) .
Of course since Mudhra's festival will be on then, you can identify the entrance to the venue from the huge pandal which is usually erected near the gate. This meeting hall is in the 1st floor of the building to your left side which you will see as soon as you enter the school.
