People who heard the MSG RTP in Kharaharapriya posted by Kulkarni.. I dont know if you guys noticed but somewhere during the alapani at the 14 minute mark ( although he doesnt explicitly mention it) he make the gandharam of karaharapriya as satjam and hence making it kalyani. Its fabulous really... wonderful sruti or graha bedam which was very clear to me once I heard it...

Rajeevsid, Thanks for MDR's RTP. I was expecting a more sophisticated raga alapana, especially from MDR. But he makes up for it in the niraval. The last part of the rendition (few minutes or seconds?) seem to be lost. MSG is excellent, especially in thanam part. Anyway, great to hear an RTP in Mohanam :cheesy:
