Londoners experienced two weeks of supreme bliss with Sri Hari and Srimathy Vishaka Hari's upanyasam. The Sunday finale on Thyagaraja was just so sublime. I couldn't make it to the Nandanar charithram on Saturday, but those who went told me there weren't any dry eyes in the hall that day!

I heard from a friend that Smt. Vishaka Hari will be touring the US this Summer starting with next month. I thought that we should shed some more light on this great harikatha exponent/singer for I look forward to reading some wonderful reviews of her discourses. I personally must say that I have had the privilege of hearing her a few times in Chennai over the past few years when I go back home to visit. Recently, she has really become very popular in Chennai bringing in sold out crowds. May god bless her and give her numerous more opportunities to perform around the world.
