KMBC: Padmabhushan Prof. P Sambamoorthy, an eminent musicologist
of recent years & authored more than 40 books and many articles,
journals and magazines. among his books, THE DICTIONARY OF SOUTH INDIAN
MUSIC & MUSICIANS, is a pioneer attempt covering a vast area,giving definitions &
explanations of technical terms,biographies of composers & description of musical instruments
pertaining to all the systems south indian music,north indian music, western music.

Padmabhushan Prof. P Sambamoorthy published three volumes of The Dictionary of
south Indian Music & Musicians, the first volume covering the letters A to F,
the second volume covering the letters G to K, the third volume covering L to N
volume four covering O to S ( this present volume was published in the year
2007 & edited by Dr.MB.Vedavalli who was the student of Padmabhushan Prof. P Sambamoorthy

If you have seen the first three parts of this book, part 4 is similar in its structure.
