A response was long due but I didn't have a concrete answer.

Here is what I know:

A number of e-book shops like Flipkart(ships free in India), Vedam Books, Bagchee and DK Agencies are carrying the book.

Pricing is about $19, from Gyan publishers; the original publishers.
How ever, you have to send a check/DD etc.
