Is ayyadi a variant of Adi tAlam used in sOpAnam style music (the music of mOhiniATTam), or is this an error?

Dear brother-member, rshankar, I have never heard of â€˜Ayyadiâ€™ as the synonym of Adi-tala and if the Angas of the Tala are known we can clarify. Even if the Angas are also of the same as Adi-tala we need not bother as there are so many Talas having more than one name.
