Is ayyadi a variant of Adi tAlam used in sOpAnam style music (the music of mOhiniATTam), or is this an error?

Dear brother-member, rshankar, I have never heard of ‘Ayyadi’ as the synonym of Adi-tala and if the Angas of the Tala are known we can clarify. Even if the Angas are also of the same as Adi-tala we need not bother as there are so many Talas having more than one name. In fact, to avoid such duplicacy only the Talaprastara, the 10th element of Taladashapranas is prescribed to get the authentic and fixed serial number of any rhythmical of the universe and in the annals of our music literature Parshvadeva of 12-13 century, the author of Sangeeta Samayasaara, was the first person to furnish such serial numbers to some of the Talas of his treatise among which some of the serial number are found incorrect by me after 800 years. Thus, as there is every possibility of furnishing such incorrect serial numbers accidentally, Nisshanka Sharngadeva, who brought out his Sangeeta Ratnakara just after Sangeeta Samayasaara, conveniently skipped off the serial numbers, but furnished a new list of 120 Talas among which the last two Talas are named as Nisshanka-tala and Sharngadeva-tala respectively. amsharma.
