Here you go:

pallavi

This delay (tAmadam) is not appropriate (tagAdu), my Lord (ayyA)! Oh compassionate one (dayAparA)! My companion (tuNai), Oh murugA.

anupallavi

This (idu), my Lord (ayyA), is the appropriate time (taruNam) for you to establish your rule (ALa) [1] over me (tamiyEnai), a destitute (dInan Ana), filled with character-traits/qualities (guNa) labeled as tamas (tAmasa) [2]!

caraNam

You are the son (maindA) of that great and mighty (mahA) Lord (dEvan) that even vishNu (mAlum) and barhmA (ayan) could not visualize/get a measure of (kANA), and the one who has conquered all senses (kandA) [3], in whom the lady (mAdu) vaLLi and dEvasEnA (dEvamAdu) delight (magizh)! Please come (vArum) here without delay/quickly (vEgamAga) and grant (tArum) me the boon (varam) that you, along with your spear (vElum) and peacock (mayilum), will always (ennALum) [4] protect (kAkkavE) me (ennai).

FOOTNOTES
[1] 'rule over me' or 'make me your subject/slave'
[2] tAmasaguNa or tamOguNa include heaviness/slowness of intellect, ignorance, getting caught up in illusion, lust, anger, pride, sorrow, stolidity etc
[3] kandA referes to one who has conquered all senses - however, the sanskri skanda from which this seems to be derived from seems to mean 'one who emanated from the effusion' - murugA being created from the energy that was emitted by SivA's third eye; It can also mean 'one who was created by dropping' - murugA came into being as 6 baby boys when agni dropped the energy from Siva he was carrying into the gangA
[4] ennALum = enda nALum - any day, every day, always
