Panthuvarali - in the alapana, balamuralikrishna evoked the emotional shades of the raga with a lovely reply by subbalakshmi and his neraval brightened MD’s reposeful madhyama kala krithi with a moment’s tentativeness before letting the music explode into high gear thro kalpanaswarams...Bhaiavi - was rendered beautifully in pristine form thro an earthy yet sumptuous voice with the measured rhythmic improvisations preserving the sanctity of the composition"¦
