I went to school there for 12 years (the same campus as the YGP auditorium) ;(
I have not heard of a mesothelioma outbreak yet.

That said, I never realized that asbestos was actually a bad thing till I moved west. As Nick says, that is how common it is. I don't see any legislation forthcoming to ban its use either.

On criticism, there is an English saying “If you want to avoid criticism, say nothing, do nothing and be nothing”. One will still attract criticism for adopting and implementing these ideas.
