Pallavi Talam Structure

Hi

I recently heard a concert recording of Prof. T R Subramaniam sir's RTP. I am unable to figure out the talam of the pallavi.

Can someone help me?

I was only able to listen to the first 5 or so minutes of it, but I think it sounds like thisram jathi rupaka thalam (2 kalai) with the pallavi starting 2 after the the lagu, meaning 18 counts after samam.

I'm not positive about this however because it is not fitting 100% perfectly, and I'm not sure if that is just due to human error or thalam error. If anyone figures out please let me know, and I should try to listen and put more work into it tonight.

Thanks for your input. Out of curiosity, I rang TRS mama and asked him. He couldn't recollect the pallavi
