TED talk on baby brain and language acquisition

Those with recently born babies, take advantage of that age from 6 to 8 months and hire native language speakers to visit and speak their languages to the babies!! ( TV or recorded audio do not cut it ).
The hypothesis on the language acquisition side of things is, as you will learn from the video, the baby brain is taking statistics ( histogram/frequency ) on phonemes and the low count ones get suppressed and high count ones get enhanced.
Given that we know that is the age babies develop sound listening skills, that is probably a great time for music as well.
Interesting question is, does such statistics taking happen for musical 'phonemes' too?
In any case, get 'em while they are very young, both for languages and music.
